Campaign Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026. This policy covers assessment bookings and coach-call enquiries through the EWYN 50% offer campaign for London, Strathroy and St. Thomas. It does not describe all information collected during a weight-loss program or on other websites.
Who handles your enquiry
2621010 ONTARIO INC, operating as EWYN STUDIOS, handles this campaign’s enquiries through your selected studio and authorized central management team.
Information collected
We collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred studio, appointment details and messages. The booking and enquiry systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser information, submission times and consent records. Please do not enter medical history or other sensitive health information into this initial enquiry form.
How information is used
Your information is used to arrange your requested assessment, respond to a requested coach call, communicate about your appointment or enquiry, maintain contact and consent records, and protect the service. A coach-call request does not book an assessment. Permission to respond to an enquiry is separate from permission for ongoing promotional messages.
Who receives information
Your selected studio and authorized central staff may access your enquiry so it can be assigned and answered. HighLevel provides the contact-management, form and booking systems. Hosting and communication providers may process information to deliver these services. Information is also disclosed where required by applicable law. If you submit your request through a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information you enter and makes it available to EWYN; Meta’s own privacy terms also apply. If you submit through this EWYN campaign page, your information is collected through EWYN’s enquiry and booking systems. In either case, EWYN uses it to respond to your assessment or coach-call request and routes it to your selected studio and authorized central staff.
Processing outside Canada
Service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Booking and form services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their operation. If you accept optional advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits to these campaign pages and successful coach-call form submissions for advertising measurement. It may send technical information such as the page URL, IP address, browser information and advertising-cookie identifiers to Meta. Our campaign code does not send form answers, health information, names, email addresses or phone numbers through this browser tracking. Choosing Accept essential allows you to use the enquiry and booking services without enabling this optional campaign pixel. The coach-call form sends a standard Lead event after a successful submission when optional advertising cookies are accepted. Separately, if you select the optional Meta advertising measurement checkbox on the coach-call form, EWYN may send your name, email address, phone number, browser/cookie identifiers and technical connection data to Meta through the Conversions API to measure that successful request. We do not send health information or health-related form answers. This permission is optional and does not affect your requested coach call. This statement does not cover tracking on other pages of the main website.

Retention and protection
EWYN retains unconverted enquiry records for 24 months after the last enquiry. Records are then reviewed for secure deletion or anonymization, except where a legal requirement requires longer retention. Records for clients, booked services and necessary consent documentation may have different retention requirements. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes should be securely deleted or anonymized, subject to any legal requirement to retain it. Al Desrochers is responsible for reviewing unconverted enquiries at the end of the retention period and arranging secure deletion or anonymization. Access is limited to authorized personnel, with reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent for future contact or optional Meta advertising measurement, by contacting Al at the privacy email below. EWYN will record your withdrawal and stop future server-side measurement sharing. Use the advertising-cookie choice button above to change browser tracking consent. These requests are subject to applicable legal requirements. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry. Any optional promotional communications should provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe.
